If you are looking for a room to rent in Rome that is welcoming for sleeping, hopefully close to via Veneto and right in the center of Rome, with everything necessary for a simple and comfortable stay, the Casa di Iginia e Paolo is perfect for you!

Our rooms are on the second floor of a late 19th century palazzo. If your room is not ready when you arrive, or if you would like to make a final tour of Rome on the day you leave (check out from 10 to 11 a.m.), we will hold your luggage until your room is ready or until you leave.

We also have Wi-fi so you can connect to the internet with your own portable computer.

Our goals are cleanliness and happy guests. We are always available to give you advice, suggestions and useful information for visiting the Rome that is most famous, unusual, and authentic, and to meet all of your needs!

We have well-lighted large rooms with essential conveniences, all double occupancy (or double) where a third bed can easily be accommodated on request. Some have a private bath in the room, others have a private bath outside the room and some share the bathroom with other rooms.

In all of them, there is a Wi-fi network for internet connection with your own computer. We clean the rooms and bathrooms daily, and the linens of the room and bath are changed as necessary (on the average every two/ three days).

If you are looking for a room to rent in central Rome, to sleep near via Veneto and Villa Borghese, with convenient tram and bus services, and not far from Termini station, La Casa di Iginia e Paolo is just for you.

We are located at via Romagna, number 14, just 200 meters from via Veneto and Villa Borghese, a fifteen minute walk from piazza di Spagna and 20 minutes from Trevi Fountain, while buses and trams stop 100 meters from Casa di Iginia e Paolo.

Four bus stops from the rental room, you arrive at piazza dei Cinquecento, at Termini station, where metropolitan trains, buses, trams and tour buses leave for all parts of Rome (Colosseum, the Imperial Forum, Saint Peters and the Vatican Museums, etc.).

Around the Casa di Iginia e Paolo there are plenty of trattorias, pizzerias and small restaurants, where you may sample Italian cuisine, and there are shops of all types. Boutiques for elegant shopping are in via Veneto, just 5 minutes from Casa di Iginia e Paolo.

By plane

From Fiumicino airport and that of Ciampino, take a shuttle bus to the Roma Termini train station (from Fiumicino it is better to take Leonardo Express). From here continue as in the point by train.

By train

From piazza dei Cinquecento, in front of Termini station, take bus 910 and get off at the fourth stop, at the intersection of via Piemonte and via Sicilia (Casa di Igina e Paolo is 100 meters away). Turn right in via Sicilia and again right in via Romagna, you have arrived at your lodgings.

By car

On arriving near Rome, take the beltway, Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA) to exit 8 "via Salaria". Continue a dozen kilometers along via Salaria. On arriving in the city center, cross Corso d'Italia and continue straight ahead in via Piave, go 100 meters and turn right on via Sicilia. Continue about 200 meters and turn left on via Romagna. Go 60 meters and you have arrived at Casa di Igina e Paolo.
