Crowne Plaza Milan-malpensa Airport J'ai réservé cet hôtel sur internet et c'était une belle surprise: très pratique depuis l'Aéroport, il est extrêmement confortable et agréable. La position est idéale pour prendre l'avion tôt le matin. Le petit déjeuner est aussi délicieux.

Crowne Plaza Milan-malpensa Airport The Crowne Plaza is very close to Malpensa airport and they even offer a shuttle service. We had dinner and breakfast, both quite good. Room was spacious and well sound- proofed. Excellent value for money.

Crowne Plaza Milan-malpensa Airport We were a small ExxonMobil group consisting of an Scotsman from ExxonMobil (host), an American client, and a Japanese client checking in about 1800 on Wednesday March 24th . I was the American client, but the hotel arrangements had been arranged by our ExxonMobil host (the Scotsman). On Thursday, we three were joined by four local ExxonMobil colleagues from Trecate and Sicily. The overall hotel experience was very good. The group coordinator was very helpful, and the board room we reserved was very nice. The entire hotel stay experience would have been great (not just very good) except for two disapponting items (below). The reception staff was slow to check us in; and were not very friendly. It seemed they didn't want to help us since we did not speak Italian. We had to wait quite some time to get checked in even though there was only one person ahead of us. Most of staff just looked at us while we waited instead of offering to check us in.. The bar staff before dinner on Wednesday was most disappointing. They were not very friendly; and the waiter seemed only interested to make sure we knew where to leave a tip. We decided to leave after only one drink apiece. Fortunately, the guest rooms, the meeting room (Board Room), and the restaurant made up for the initial disappointments. The guest room itself was very nice, and the hotel restaurant was really great. We enjoyed three meals at the hotel restaurant. At Wednesday night dinner, I had a superb Saltimbuca, great breadsticks, escellent wine, and some very good after-dinner cheese selections. On Thursday, breakfast buffet was very good. Finally, the Thursday lunch was great (I had the Rigatoni). The staff that waited our table in the restaurant was great for all three meals. They were very helpful and attentive (dinner, breakfast, and lunch). The dinner staff was especially good on Wednesday night even though a very large group came into the restaurant shortly after we had been seated. The wine recommendation on Wednesday night was especially great ; we had two bottles of a local red wine recommended by an excellent waiter who appeared to be in charge.

Crowne Plaza Milan-malpensa Airport My wife and i syated here for the third time. We often travel from Malpensa and we are very happy with the great standard of service offered by this hotel. Rooms are spotless and comfortable.
