Located in an old building dating back to 1200, our hotel - which has been recently restored - is in the heart of Verona.
It is only a few steps from the Arena, the ancient Roman amphitheatre where every year the Opera Festival is held, and not far from Juliet's house and the sites where Shakespeare set the tender love story of the two lovers. Castelvecchio - now a museum - the enchanting castle of the Scaligeri family which ruled the city in the Middle Ages, is only at a few minutes walk. The favourable location of our hotel enables you to reach easily the most interesting historical sites and to go shopping.
We will be glad to host you in the comfortably nice furnished rooms of our hotel, to offer you a relaxed and quiet stay.
Our restaurant, facing a picturesque small square, open till latest night on Opera days, will help you discover the typical dishes of the Venetian tradition, together with Italian and international courses, revised by our chef. As Virginia Woolf wrote, and following the Venetian tradition of good eating, our motto is:
"One cannot think well, love well and sleep well, if one has not dined well!"
The kitchen staff of the Ristorante "Rubiani" will be therefore glad to satisfy all your desires and needs in order to offer you pleasant and unforgettable moments.

From the highway, take exit Verona centro and follow the indications to the centre. Make a left after Porta Nuova and a right after the following porta, then follow the indications to the hotel.
By train
Verona railway station is 1.1 km from the hotel and is easily reachable by bus, leaving every 5 minutes.
By airplane
Verona airport is 16 km from the hotel. Take the airport shuttle to the central railway station and then proceed by bus.

Hotel Bologna Great location, a few steps from the Arena. Rooms were spacios and bathrooms clean and functional. We all enjoyed our stay here.

Hotel Bologna Buon Hotel, posizione eccezzionale a 20 metri forse meno dall'arena. Stanza pulita e spaziosa, anche il bagno è nuovo e spazioso. La colazione è buona e con ampia scelta.
