Hotel Carlo Terzo I stayed at this hotel when I first arrived in Italy and when I was leaving Italy. On the first occasion the breakfast was not ready when we arrived in the restaurant and on the second there were no fresh bakery goods available. The availablility of parking was a bit hit and miss. The hotel was clean and the rooms had the facilities advertised. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel Carlo Terzo Desk staff were asked to cancel a taxi service which they said they did and ordered the cheaper hotel shuttle service to take us to the airport at 6 am. At 6 am 2 taxis showed up and a argument ensued. Apparently the desk staff did not cancel the 1st taxi and we left in the hotel ordered taxi. This service cost 50% more than the 1st. Very upsetting for foreign travelers.

Hotel Carlo Terzo A pleasant hotel well located near the Naples airport. Road access and parking a little tricky, but staff, rooms and restaurant all good, and overall value (for the modest prices charged) is very acceptable.

Hotel Carlo Terzo The hotel was fine. It was clean and staff was helpful. The neighborhood around it is quite scary and equivalent to the South Bronx. The hotel looked exactly like the pictures on the web. What you did not see on the web was the location and neighborhood, which left something to be desired.

Hotel Carlo Terzo It was a very nice hotel, clean and well-decorated. It had a nice roof-top restaurant and as Naples itself was too scary to go into very much, it was nice that there was a restaurant available at the hotel.

Hotel Carlo Terzo Eine e-mail-Anfrage über die Möglichkeit der Busanreise und Information hierzu wurde nicht beantwortet. Bus 3S hält vor dem Hotel, sollte bei den online-Informationen erwähnt werden. Hotel ist einfach aber sauber. Vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine stark befahrene Strasse, gegenüber unschöne Industrieflächen. Sehr laut. Akzeptabel wenn man nach einem Flug abends nicht mehr weiter möchte, oder aufgrund eines frühen Abflugs die Flughafennähe sucht. Die Taxifahrer Neapels sollte man möglichst meiden; trotz Taxometer kommen sie auf erfinderische Ideen, wie Zuschläge für Gepäck von 50%.
