Hotel Corallo Excellent location, very close to the ferry terminals to get to the 5 Terre region. Rooms were simple but clean. Friendly and courteous staff. Good value for money.

Hotel Corallo Very expensive, but all the hotels in this area are expensive with average quality. Tip: If you go by car on sundays and public holidays parking on the street is free.

Hotel Corallo This hotel was very basic - more so than what we were expecting, especially given the price. The room was clean. The staff were generally very helpful and provided good info re: travel to the Cinque Terre. We were there during a very hot few days - the air conditioner was not working and whilst the staff responded quickly to our request to reveiw the unit, she was unable or unwilling to fix it and did not offer to move us to another room. She said the unit was working and we just wanted it too cold and what could we expect in this heat. Our neightbours however showed us their room which was like a cool room with very effective airconditioning.

Hotel Corallo Airconditioning did not work, room was 92 degrees. We were told nothing could be done. Airconditioning kind of fixed, room cooled t84 the next day. Staff not friendly, didn't seem to care.

Hotel Corallo This hotel was decent. Definitely not worth what we paid for. The phones in the room didn't work so we were not able to use our calling cards to call home. We were told we had to go out on the main street and use a pay phone. Everytime you took a shower, the water would go all over the floor and there would be about 2 inches of water everywhere. The breakfast was decent though and the cappuccino was excellent! The staff was very nice as well and it is in a great location. Especially for going to Cinque Terre...only a train ride away. However overall, this hotel was overpriced for what it was.

Hotel Corallo If you are coming to La Spezia to visit Cinque Terre, this is a nice clean, yet basic option. The rooms have two twins beds put together to make a large bed, tile floor, florescent lighting, an old TV and a bathroom. The rooms are clean, but are very basic.

Hotel Corallo From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff at the Hotel Corallo were wonderful. We had a beautiful room with our own private terrace. The linens and decor were lovely, they far outshined the pictures we saw on the internet. There was even a fridge in the room so we were able to go across the street to the grocery store and stock-up which saved us money. And the staff provided us with dishes, cutlery and glasses - and they even cleaned it for us everyday! The morning breakfast spread was delightful and the coffees were topnotch. The barman even offered us a second pot of espresso and steamed milk to take back to our terrace after breakfast which we very much enjoyed. The front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable and helped us plan our excursions. The location was perfect, minutes from the train station, buses and all ammenities in La Spezia. We stayed 5 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. It was our honeymoom and when we checked out the staff presented us with a bottle of wine and a hotel pen as a gift! I can't say enough how much we enjoyed the Hotel Corallo, I would highly recommed it to anyone visiting that region. After a day of hiking in the Cinque Terre or seeing a football game it was very nice to return to the hotel and relax on our terrace.

Hotel Corallo Ottima base per visitare le cinque terre. La camera niente di lussuoso ma molto pulita. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.
