Hotel Ducale Hotel très bien situé, près de la gare Termini. Chambres très propres,literies et linge de bain changé chaque matin, petit déjeuner simple mais bon. Le personnel est agréable et certains même très très gentil et disponible pour des renseignements sur la ville.

Hotel Ducale Cet hôtel a un bon rapport qualité/prix; il est propre. Le personnel est très agréable et efficace. Points négatifs : certaines chambres sont au sous-sol (peu de lumière du jour). La douche que nous avons eu dans notre salle de bain était très petite, trop petite pour un homme. Ce sont donc 2 choses à bien établir lors de votre réservation. Petit déjeuner correct et suffisant. Hotel Ducale nous avons été très surpris de la qualité de l'hotel pour un tel prix: tout est propre et soigné, mais pour 99€, la déco pourrait être plus soignée, l'ensemble plus chaleureux, la chambre reste petite, il a fait froid toute la nuit (pas de couverture sur le lit!). Nous sommes partis très tôt pour prendre un train, et à ce prix là, on aurait pu nous proposer un collation à défaut d'un vrai petit déjeuner (bien sûr compris dans le prix). On a vraiment l'impression qu'il est marqué "touristes" sur nos fronts et de se faire avoir. Nous ne reviendrons certainement pas dans le coin

Hotel Ducale Nous avons été "accueillis" en nous faisant rabrouer vertement (le mot est faible!!) à cause de la présence de notre chien alors que il était indiqué la possibilité d'animaux... ensuite nous avons été traité comme des intrus! La chambre était minuscule.

Hotel Ducale Déçu que des italiens ne sachent pas faire un chocolat chaud au petit déjeuner ! Sur 4 jours aucun changement de serviettes de bain. Bruyant. Les réceptionnistes pas très souriants, hormis un monsieur qui lui était très gentil, très aimable.

Hotel Ducale We had a room on the upper floor which had a balcony and a nice bathroom. Our friends stayed in a room in the basement which was larger but the air was very muggy and the room wasn't that well equipped. The staff was friendly and the breakfast ok, although the same every day (but we only stayed for three nights). All in all, the hotel has a good value for money and is located very centrally close to Stazioni Termini. It's ideal for short trips to Rome!

Hotel Ducale It is located only 5 minutes walking from the main trian station and about 20 minutes from the coliseum. The staff were amzing, very friendly and welcomining! Thank you!

Hotel Ducale The details provided stated that the hotel was situated 10 mins from the station but in fact its over half an hours walk through an unpleasant part of Rome. Hotel facilities were poor and the breakfast very meagre - I would actually rate this hotel as 2*. On the plus side the hotel was very clean.

Hotel Ducale Overall great however it was difficult to work out where it was in relation to the train staion based on the map provided online (much further than expected!) and the drain in our bathroom emitted a VERY bad smell. The shower door was badly broken throughout out stay, and we did not recieve a clean bath mat, which was unfortunate as the broken door meant that the bath mat got wet a lot, which in turn added to the bad smell! The cleaning fluids used were very strong, and I think used to mask the drain smell. Other then this we were very happy, very friendly and helpful. Great outdoor patio where we could escape the heat and crowds.

Hotel Ducale All staff were exceptional. We very much appreciated the front desk personnel who were able to answer any question, check out reservations, recommend restaurants and services, etc. Friendly, courteous, and helpful. Breakfast staff were quite accomodating and friendly. Cleaning staff efficient and courteous. The price and value were quite good with convenience to local transportation to reach any and all venues easily across the city. Modest can still be excellent! Would recommend the hotel to any friend or colleague. Concur with the positive comments we had seen on the web site before booking and did not encounter any of the negative comments.

Hotel Ducale Hotel was very accessible to public transport. Staff was very accomodating. Room was a good size. Bathrooms very clean. Breakfast was just basic. Not having any internet, was the only dissappointment.
