Hotel Martini Hotel was fine, clean and comfortable. Staff were fairly rude and unhelpful. Hotel says coffee and tea are available yet there were no cups etc and when we asked staff not helpful. We asked for a wake up call, hotel said it could procvide same. Call was not attended to. We advised reception about screaming and yelling coming from a nearby room, staff not interested. Two issues, maybe the person yelling and screaming needed help, or maybe yelling and screaming is not acceptable disturbance of other guests. So the staff here need to lift their game.

Hotel Martini We were a group of 4 people, we stayed 3 nights. Rooms were spotlessly clean and with comfortable bed. Food was quite good and the front desk staff very professional.

Hotel Martini The man at reception was very friendly and helpful. He ordered a taxi for us and then came out to make sure it was the correct one when it arrived. We felt like we were more than guests at a hotel.

Hotel Martini The hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The price is very good value compared with other hotels in Verona. The hotel is very near the railway/coach station (about 5 minutes walk)and about 15 minutes brisk walk from the Arena (there is a free coach service there and back if going to the opera at the Arena). Would definitely stay there again when we are in Verona.
