In spite of its modern furniture and internal solutions the Piccolo Hotel preserves its warm and friendly atmosphere of hotels of once and is therefore surely the fittest accomodation for who comes to Verona for a weekend of relaxation or of cultural tourism, whether alone, intwo or with the family.
The hotel is extremely quiet, as it is situated near a garden, and easily reachable from the railway station (only 400 mts away). It’s only a 15 minutes walk to the city centre and thus in a perfect position for those who want to move in a cheap and easy way, whether with your children or your four-legged friends,whio are also welcome
If you want to grant yourself a bit of diversion after a day in the streets of the city centre, at the Hotel Piccolo it’s possible to use the free equipped gym, or to book a sauna (also for 2), or to enjoy a relaxing beauty-treatment.
At the reception of Hotel Martini, you can buy the entrance ticket for Gardaland (without queues!), the tickets for Concerts and Shows in Arena and the Veronacard that allowes to enter in a lot of city museums and to use the public transportation.
We put to all guests’ disposable a free shuttle-service for a trip for supper from and to the hotel to Restaurant Lido.
Att the rooms are equipped with modern comforts such as private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, mini bar with free mineral water and safe.

Hotel Piccolo Nous avons beaucoup apprécié: la mise en place gratuite de la navette pour le repas pré- opéra et le bus pour les arènes, la garde des bagages, l'amabilité du personnel et la propreté. Mais nous avons regretté que le bar ne propose pas de sandwiches ou d'en- cas, la situation géographique de l'hôtel ne permettant pas de restauration rapide à proximité. De plus, la chambre était un peu exigüe.

Hotel Piccolo A very reasonable priced hotel 10 minutes walk from station and 15 minutes from centre. Rooms were very clean but sound proofing wasn't great. Breakfast was very good. All is all good value for money.
