Hotel Raffaello Très bien situé, à deux pas de la gare Termini, du Colisée et du forum romain. Notre chambre était spacieuse et propre. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Hotel Raffaello L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour ceux qui arrivent par le train de la gare Termini il est de 8 / 10 minutes de marche. Situé dans une rue calme, presque en face de la Basilique de Santa Maria Maggiore est très près du trou au Colisée. Des chambres confortables et un personnel chaleureux, très agréable.

Hotel Raffaello Personnel à peine poli, peu souriant et peu courtois... c'est dommage car l'hotel est vraiment bien. Jolie chambre. Séjour très agréable. Attention à l'humidité dans les chambres : buée sur les vitres, condensation qui suinte... Pas de possibilité de régler le chauffage.

Hotel Raffaello Accueil variable selon le personnel Il nous a semblé que le service pouvais varier selon la tête et l'apparence du client. (Sinon, il faudrait nous expliquer pourquoi la chambre prévue au départ bien située, a été remplacée par une chambre borgne durant notre absence et que nous avons refusée. Une autre chambre représentant un compromis acceptable nous a alors été attribuée) Buffet de petit déjeuner très bon et personnel stressé mais avenant et sympathique

Hotel Raffaello Located halfway between termini station, coliseum and fori imperiali, an easy walk to the other sights in Rome. We ahd a great stay in this hotel. We had a very clean and comfortable room. Staff could not heve been more comfortable.

Hotel Raffaello Very nice hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Enjoyed the rooftop bar available by agreement at another nearby hotel. Narrow street was considerably quieter at night than those on busier streets. Air conditioning in room was excellent during 90 degree days. Easy walk to and from the Termini rail station. Made our trip to the airport convenient and easy.

Hotel Raffaello Hotel was kept very clean, the room itself was a good size and the bathroom was very nice, located 1 block in from the main street that leads to the Termini train station, which leaves it off the beaten path, thus making the rooms quiet enough for sleeping. Breakfast was very good, the staff who served you toast and coffee were very attentive and nice. The staff at the front desk were also very friendly and helpful with our needs. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel Raffaello It didn't take us long to feel as though we were coming home every time we returned to the hotel. The staff was so pleasant, comfortable, efficient and helpful with anything we had questions on. They made us feel that they truly enjoyed having us there. The rooms were lovely: well-appointed and very clean.

Hotel Raffaello Hotel Raffaello was just a short walk from the main train terminal which was very convenient. The only problem we had was the air conditioning was not working very well. We had a very hard time keeping our room at a comfortable temperature, and the management was not very helpful in showing us how to use the controls. We did finally insist on a change of rooms when we could not bring the room temp. down to a tolerable temperature, and after a lengthy conversation, we were given a new room.

Hotel Raffaello TV reception was very poor on a number of channels - apparently some problem with the cable system. The hotel next door, in which one of our group stayed, had excellent TV reception, so it was a problem within the hotel's cable system.

Hotel Raffaello I highly recommend this hotel!! It was excellent! Total value for money. Although only a three star hotel, our stay was five star!! Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated and the bathroom was also a decent size. The shower was small, however, it had the best water pressure - even better than what we've got at home!! The breakfast was great each morning - ceral, fruit, yoghurt, lovely breads & pastries, boiled & scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, salami. Plenty of choice. The location was excellent. About a 10min walk from Termini train station. And so close to the Colosseum, Roman ruins and Forum. We were only there for the weekend and were able to walk all over Rome from this location. We didn't even try the Metro as we could walk everywhere. But I did notice a Metro stop only a few streets away from the hotel. There were even a few nice restaurants in the area. One little point to pick up on was that there was supposed to be a bar in the hotel, but we never saw it open. Instead we popped round to a delicatessen just down the street and bought some lovely cheese and olives and a few beers and enjoyed them in our room. There are certainly many of these little deli's near the hotel and a convenience store 50 metres down the street. I can't stress enough how much my boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Raffaello. I will recommend it to anyone travelling to Rome. It was definitely value for money and if I had booked it even further in advance it would have been even cheaper!!

Hotel Raffaello Questo hotel gode di una posizione centrale, davvero ottima; a due passi dalla stazione termini, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Fontana di Trevi, Fori Imperiali, a 10 minuti dal colosseo. Camere molto pulite e confortevoli. Buona la prima colazione. Il personale era molto accogliente.
